Among the IPOs opening this week, only one will be listed on the mainboard of both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE). This particular IPO is the Utkarsh Small Finance Bank IPO.

The IPO of Utkarsh Small Finance Bank is scheduled to open for subscription on July 12. Investors will have the opportunity to invest in this IPO within the price band of Rs 23-25 per share.

The total issue size of this IPO is Rs 500 crore, and it will conclude on July 14. It’s important to note that only new shares will be issued as part of this IPO. The capital raised through this offering will be utilized to enhance the Tier-1 capital base of the bank.

Apart From Utkarsh SFB, Which IPOs Will Open

Apart from Utkarsh Small Finance Bank (Utkarsh SFB), three IPOs are scheduled to open for subscription this week, and their shares will be listed on the SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) platform.

One of these IPOs is from Kaka Industries, a company involved in the manufacturing of various products such as PVC doors, PVC kitchen cabinets and furniture, UPVC windows profiles, and wood polymer composites.

The IPO of Kaka Industries is set to open on July 10. Investors will have the opportunity to invest in this IPO within the price band of Rs 55-58 per share.

The total size of the IPO is Rs 21.23 crore. It’s important to note that only new shares will be issued as part of this IPO. After the IPO subscription period concludes on July 12, the shares of Kaka Industries will be listed on the BSE SME platform.

Investors who are interested in participating in this IPO should carefully analyze the company’s prospects and evaluate their investment strategies. The IPO subscription window provides a limited time frame for investors to make their investment decisions.

Apart from Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, there are two more IPOs scheduled to open for subscription in addition to Kaka Industries. One of them is the IPO of Ahasolar Tech, a company specializing in solar energy solutions.

This IPO, valued at Rs 12.85 crore, will also open on July 10, the same day as Kaka Industries. The shares of Ahasolar Tech will be listed on the BSE SME platform, and the entire issue comprises new shares.

Investors will have the opportunity to bid for shares at a price of Rs 157 per share. The IPO subscription period will conclude on July 13.

The second IPO is from Service Care, a company offering staffing and outsourcing services. The subscription for this IPO will be open from July 14 to July 18.

The exact price band for this IPO has not been announced yet. Service Care plans to issue 30.86 lakh new shares as part of this IPO. The shares of Service Care will be listed on the NSE SME platform.

It’s worth noting that two IPOs, namely Drone Destination and Accelerate BS, have already opened for subscription in the previous week.

Drone Destination is a drone training company, and its IPO opened on July 7. On the other hand, Accelerate BS, a digital tech services company, opened its IPO for bidding on July 6. The subscription period for Accelerate BS will continue until July 13.

Which Stocks Are Listed This Week

This week, several stocks are being listed on both the mainboard exchanges (BSE and NSE) as well as the SME segment. Here are the details:

Listings on BSE and NSE:

  1. Cyient DLM: Cyient DLM, a company providing services related to electronics manufacturing, was listed earlier this week. The shares were issued at a price of Rs 265 per share.
  2. Senco Gold: Senco Gold, a jewelry company based in Kolkata, is scheduled to be listed on July 14. The shares of Senco Gold were issued at a price of Rs 317 per share. Both Cyient DLM and Senco Gold will be listed on both BSE and NSE.

Listings on NSE SME:

  1. Global PET Industries: Shares of Global PET Industries, a manufacturer of two-stage PET stretch blow molding machines, were listed on NSE SME earlier this week. The issue price for these shares is not mentioned.
  2. Synoptics Tech: Synoptics Tech, a tech company, is set to be listed on NSE SME on July 13. The issue price for its shares is Rs 237.
  3. Tridhya Tech: Another tech company, Tridhya Tech, is also scheduled to be listed on NSE SME on July 13. The issue price for its shares is Rs 42.

Listings on BSE SME:

  1. Alphalogic Industries: Alphalogic Industries, a manufacturer of industrial and institutional storage systems, will be listed on BSE SME on July 14. The issue price for its shares is Rs 96.
